Our Programs
What you need to know
You walk through the doors and we take it from there
- Each class is instructor lead
- Athletes will be briefed on the workout of the day or "WOD", as well as the movements, standards and requirements for the day
- Each movement will be shown, as well as variations for all skill levels
- Coaches will guide athletes through a warm up, any specific training for the day and provide coaching throughout the session
- After the workout, there are a variety of ways to end the class ranging from accessory work, to video guided stretching routines

Bootcamp
Let’s get sweaty! We use several different fitness components to deliver you a program that provides results and ensure you do not have to think about what to do when you walk through the doors. We use less barbell as compared to our CrossFit classes.

Memberships
- All of our memberships are month-to-month.
- We want all new members to be committed to our program.
- New members are encouraged to commit to a 60-90 day initiation period because we feel this is the minimum time commitment it will take to get the amazing results CrossFit can offer.
- We have Single, Couple, Family, Military and Senior rates
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your membership, please send us a message. Cancellation requests given later than 15 days prior to the next billing date will take effect on your next billing cycle. For example, if you are billed on the 1st of every month, you need to send us a message three days prior to the 1st of the month to allow adequate time to process the cancellation request. If you email us on the 1st of the month, your cancellation will become effective after the current month’s payment is processed.
